These payments are for the Cranbrook Village Homeowners Association neighborhoods #1, #3, #4 and #5.

Every year, the association dues are due June 1st. There is a 10 day grace period before they are considered late.
After 10 days, June 11th, a $7.00 late fee will be added to the balance.
If the dues have not been collected by May 31st of the following year, a 7% fee will be added to the balance due.
Please note: A processing fee has been added to each payment to cover the cost for the online payment processing.
