Annual Subdivision Garage Sale Weekend

August 8th thru August 10th

 

Ever year our neighborhood hosts a subdivision garage sale, which coincides with National Garage Sale Weekend.  It's always a fun weekend and it's a great time to purge those closets and basements!

We advertise the sale by distributing flyers to neighborhood businesses, as well as on our website and through email blasts.  To draw attention to your Garage Sale, you can be part of our Seller Spotlight for only $15!  For that $15, we will highlight your sale on our neighborhood map, as well as on our website.  You'll also receive a bright red Seller Spotlight sign to put in your front yard, to draw more attention to your sale.

For Only $15:

You can be in our Seller Spotlight! We will promote your Garage Sale

on our neighborhood map, flyers and on our website. You’ll also

receive a bright red, attraction-catching sign for your front yard.

If you are hosting a sale and your child/children want to open

a Lemonade Stand, we will promote that, too, on the

neighborhood map, flyers and website, for no additional charge.

Lemonade Stand owners will receive a complimentary participation t-shirt.

Participation deadline for the Seller Spotlight is August 1st!

 

Or, if you're not hosting a Garage Sale or are not part of the Seller Spotlight, and just want to host a Lemonade Stand, we'll promote that for you, too:

For Only $5:

If your child/children want to open a “stand alone” Lemonade Stand, meaning

you’re not promoting a Garage Sale, we will highlight the lemonade

stand on the neighborhood Garage Sale map, flyers and website.

Lemonade Stand owners will receive a complimentary participation t-shirt.
